    Melon ball skewers

Melon balls gently seared for 2 minutes on the griddle, just enough to warm them, release their aroma and naturally concentrate their sugars.

Fresh apricot skewers with brown sugar

Apricots halved, lightly sprinkled with brown sugar, then grilled for 2 minutes on each side. The heat adds a caramelised touch while keeping the fruit soft.

    Black and white grape skewers

Black and white grapes quickly seared for 2 minutes on the griddle, for a warm, juicy texture with a subtle confit finish.

    Grilled fresh pineapple

Slices of peeled pineapple, grilled for 2 minutes on each side, for golden, fragrant flesh. A simple and effective dessert, perfect served with vanilla ice cream.

Banana with chocolate, the timeless classic

Banana slit with its skin on, slightly hollowed out, filled with pieces of chocolate and a pinch of hazelnut powder. Close the peel and cook on the griddle for 7 to 8 minutes, until you get a soft, indulgent centre.
