How much does it cost to deliver a griddle in France?

Home delivery is free for all orders over €99, within 48 to 72 hours.
For orders under €99, free delivery is available to a collection point.

When placing your order, you can also let us know, in the "Comments" section, the exact day you would like your delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

  • Delivery to a collection point within 24 to 48 hours: Free
  • Home delivery within 48 to 72 hours: €9.90
  • Express delivery next day before 1pm: €9.90
  • Click & Collect at the Lyon warehouse: Free

Order under €99:

  • Delivery to a collection point within 24 to 48 hours: £4.90
  • Home delivery within 48 to 72 hours: £7.90

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we deliver our griddles throughout Europe!

Delivery is free for any order over €99 within the European Union. For other destinations, such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom, delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

The delivery time varies depending on the country: for example, 2 days for Belgium, Luxembourg or Germany, and 4 days for Spain or Portugal.

How does delivery of your griddle work?

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your griddle until it arrives.

Our delivery partner GLS Express will contact you by email to let you know they have received your parcel. Once delivery is scheduled, GLS will contact you on the day of delivery by text message, and the driver will call you to inform you of their arrival.

For home delivery, your parcel will be handed to you in person against a signature.

If you are absent, GLS may offer to leave the parcel with someone you trust (if they are able to accept your parcel), or deliver it to the nearest Mondial Relay collection point. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel. In all cases, if your parcel could not be delivered directly to you, GLS will leave a delivery notice with essential information to arrange a new delivery.

For delivery to a collection point, you will receive a text message to let you know your parcel has arrived at your Mondial Relay collection point. Your parcel will be handed to you in person against a signature.

How does Click & Collect work at the Lyon depot?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared. You can then collect it from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm, and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm at:

How do returns work?

We offer you the option to return your items free of charge within 30 days. The Vivaplancha customer service team will respond quickly should any issue arise and will provide you with a solution. Your order will be refunded within 48 hours after the returned parcel is received.
