UN PETIT BEMOL POUR LE TUYAU DE GAZ TROP COURT IL FAUT MINIMUN 1 METRE.
Après beaucoup de recherches comparatives,mon choix s'est porté sur cette plancha Flamenco 2 brûleurs,et après un premier usage, j'avoue être totalement satisfait .La chauffe est rapide et facile à gérer.Le plateau de cuisson est de qualité inégalée.L'ensemble est réellement en tout inox. Pas d'hésitation ce produit remarquable.

Il serait souhaitable de repositionner l'écoulement des jus de cuisson, celui ci n'est pas assez dans l'angle de la plancha.
Gros boum qui surprend quand la plancha refroidie, dilatation de l'inox.

Il y a un problème de conception, les brûleurs circulaires sont trop éloignés de la plaque de cuisson et ne chauffe pas uniformément.
la montée en température est un peu longue et dès qu'il y a un peu de mouvement d'air, c'est très long et instable.
Dommage il y a mieux pour moins cher.

Par contre un très petit inconvénient, sur les quatre pieds, je n'ai pas pu accéder et mettre l'écrou situé sous l'emplacement du récupérateur des graisses, par
contre le quatrième pied est très bien vissé encore merci pour votre technologie
