Franchement ravie de ma plancha électrique ! Elle chauffe super vite, la cuisson est bien uniforme et le nettoyage se fait sans prise de tête. J'ai commandé un pack plancha electrique à 599 euros comprenant une desserte, une plancha electrique, 2 spatules et la housse. J ai reçu l'ensemble en 2X, sachant que le point relais à refusé ( je ne sais pas pourquoi) probablement le poids.... le transporteur GLS ne communique pas. du coup obligé de prendre 1 journée de congés pour une livraison à 20H, et quel fut ma surprise de recevoir 1 seul colis et complètement explosé. J ai donc contacté le service client qui a répondu rapidement et à été vraiment à l'écoute. A pris en compte mon problème et m' a offert un avoir suite au désagrement, il s'est engagé a revoir la politique de transport..... en revanche le produit et conforme à ma commande, reste à tester, pour l'avoir brancher elle semble chauffer correctement à voir avec les aliments

Bonjour, tout d'abord merci pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme dont vous avez fait part. Des que j'ai la gaz 2 feux inox je reviens pour vous dire la fin.
Service clients à l'écoute et réactif
J'ai acheté dernièrement une plancha électrique Lima 2 zones de cuisson et il s'est avéré que ce produit ne me satisfaisait pas totalement.
Pour les points positifs : la rapidité de livraison, la bonne qualité du service client qui est très réactif et le design de la plancha très réussi.
Pour les points à revoir : le tiroir de récupération des graisses (situé à l'avant de la plaque de cuisson) qui ne tient pas bien et l'absence d'une goutte d'eau sous la plaque de cuisson à l'avant : Résultat quand vous faites cuire quelque chose qui dégage du liquide (des moules par exemple) ça peut avoir tendance à couler sur les côtés !
Le service client a immédiatement répondu à mon avis en indiquant qu'il allait me contacter ce qui a été fait et il m'a été proposé une solution de remplacement par une autre plancha équipée d'un rebord à l'avant de la plaque de cuisson équipé d'un trou et d'un tiroir intégré de récupération des graisses (modèle 3 feux LIMON) ce qui me convient parfaitement et clos mes remarques initiales. A signaler donc un service client très présent, professionnel, réactif et à l'écoute de ses clients. En conséquence j'ai modifié et complété mon avis initial et validé 5* méritées !
